School kits currently needed

MCC is currently in need of school kits! Items such as notebooks and pencils are treasures for families who struggle to afford basic school supplies. School kits often are requested after disasters and help bring normalcy to children whose families have been forced to flee their homes. Last year, MCC shipped 78,035 school kits to Jordan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, Zambia, Ukraine, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Canada and the U.S.

For a full list of school kit contents and information on where to drop-off completed kits or kit items, visit mcc.org/kits

Visit an MCC Thrift shop this summer!

Thrift shopping is more than just a fun way to find a new outfit, de-clutter your home or escape the summer heat. When you visit an MCC Thrift shop, you help raise money for MCC's relief, development and peace work here in the U.S. and around the world. Last fiscal year, MCC Thrift in the U.S. contributed nearly $7 million to support MCC's ministries! Whether you're interested in shopping, donating items or volunteering at an MCC Thrift shop this summer, you can be part of the work MCC is doing around the world.
