Camp as Ministry


This week Woodcrest entered our fourth week of summer camp ministry. This far, we have served 734 campers across our day camp, overnight, and outbound camps. Camp at Woodcrest is way more than just a chance to break out of the normal routine, it is a chance to share Jesus with young lives. We are blessed to have this opportunity. Pray with us as we prepare our hearts for the next four weeks of camp. We invite you to join us this summer and fall at Woodcrest.

Summer Camp

Still Wanna Jump in on the fun?

Although most of our camps are full, a select number of camps still

have room including:

Overnight Frontier II (7/29-8/2) (Ages 11-13)

Outbound French Creek (8/5-8/7) (Ages 12-14)

Explorer Mini Week (8/5-8/7) (Ages 7-10)

Camp is a break from the busyness life, a chance to get outdoors, and to connect with God in his Creation. Set up your camper for an awesome summer.

School of Wonder Fall Semester Open

Our School of Wonder Fall Semester is now open! We are excited to host a wide array of classes this fall including Botany, Fire Safety, Christian Leadership, and even a trip to Washington D.C. The family favorite, Christmas Around the World will also be returning featuring Christmas in Russia. Check out our website for a full list of classes and to register.

August Community Pool Party

August 8

Our last Community pool party for this summer will be held on August 8. This is a time of fun, food, and Christian music. Families can come a fun filled evening at the pool in a great environment. Our snack bar will be open for purchases. Registration is will open on our website and on facebook on July 25.

Youth Group Pool Party

August 17

Are you a youth leader or volunteer looking for a fun summer activity for your youth group? Join us for our youth group summer pool party! This will be a fun night of volleyball, a message, worship, and pool fun.

Sign up your youth group on our website. We still have room for 2-4 more youth groups. Youth leaders can register their group below.

Fall Festival

September 14-16

Thanks to sponsors, our family fall festival is an annual event for our community to come enjoy a day of games, food, and fellowship. This year we are excited to host the Skit Guys for our evening entertainment. They are a Christian comedy duo that include biblical encouragement in fun skits. We invite our families to join us for the day or book a campsite and stay the weekend. This is a great chance to spend time as a family in God's creation at a low cost.
